Holidays in the Stock Market

The following are the holidays scheduled in the stock market for 2021, these days you won’t be able to do any kind of trade:

  • New Years (January 1st)

  • Martin Luther King, Jr. (January 18th)

  • Washington's Birthday (February 15th)

  • Good Friday (April 2nd)

  • Memorial Day (May 31th)

  • Independence Day (observed on July 5th)

  • Labor Day (September 6th)

  • Thanksgiving Day (November 25th)

  • Christmas (observed on December 24th)

Also, these days do not count as trading days or business days for closing operations.

Bank Holidays

In addition to the days shown before, keep in mind that some accounts in Hapi have transaction closing periods that can be affected by the following holidays as well, and in addition to the stock market holidays. 2021 Bank Holidays:

  • Veterans Day (November 11th)
